Jake Jaros
Partner | Project Manager
Jake Jaros is the founder and lead Project Manager of Archway Construction Corp, a company specializing in interior build-outs, renovations, and additions for office, retail, and restaurant spaces. Based in South Shore, Massachusetts, Jake has cultivated a team renowned for delivering efficient, high-quality commercial construction services.
Jake grew up in a family of tradesmen, working in various trades from a very young age. His careers prior to Archway Construction started with a landscape business at age 13, which later led to a construction labor services business, followed by residential and commercial project management, residentia and commercial property management, marine management, and hospitality management.
These experiences gave Jake the ability to understand and execute uniquely tailored goals,
work collaboratively with people from all walks of life, and provide customized experiences based on client needs. Under Jake’s leadership, Archway Construction Corp has developed a streamlined process that swiftly assesses project specifications and delivers accurate estimates without compromising quality.

George Lloyd
Project Manager
George brings extensive experience in commercial construction management, specializing in renovations, interior build-outs, and complex institutional projects. With a strong background in estimating, project management, and field supervision, he has successfully led projects ranging from $40,000 to $11 million across sectors such as higher education, healthcare, retail, and nonprofit facilities.
Throughout his career, George has managed high-profile projects for institutions including MIT, Northeastern University, Boston University, and Harvard, demonstrating his ability to navigate tight deadlines, evolving scopes, and stringent quality standards.
Notably, he played a key role in the completion of the Faneuil Branch Library renovation, a $11 million project requiring an accelerated Certificate of Occupancy process. Most recently, he worked on a $2.5 million renovation for The Salvation Army in Quincy, where he led value engineering efforts to optimize MEP systems within budget constraints, delivering a high-quality project that met the organization’s needs.

Kyra Mazzilli
Interior Designer
From a young age, Kyra knew her dream was to become an interior designer. Growing up,
she actively assisted her parents on various renovation sites, from flipping residential tiny
homes and trailers; to restoring furniture, gaining hands-on experience in the world of
design and construction.
Kyra pursued her passion by earning a bachelor’s degree in interior design science at New
England Institute of Technology. The program’s strong emphasis on architecture allowed
her to collaborate with architects and construction managers, expanding her knowledge of the built environment.
With a passion for sustainable design, Kyra focuses on functionality and well-being. She is
dedicated to creating healthy and efficient indoor environments that enhance the lives of
occupants. For Kyra, interior design is more than just aesthetics; it’s about creating spaces
that truly interact with and improve the daily experiences of those who inhabit them.
